Brooke Brown

Professional Triathlete and Sports Dietitian RD, MAHN

Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Food & Nutrition by Ryerson University, Toronto with a masters degree in Human Nutrition and the International Olympic Committee Sports Nutrition Diploma. She is a contributing author for the Triathlon Magazine Canada and the Canadian Running Magazine. Additionally, she has experience in private practice of Sports Nutrition. Among her most recent sporting achievements, she has been awarded 1st place in the 2014 Vitoria-Gasteiz Triathlon in Spain, and the 2014 IronMedoc, Lacanau-Medoc in France. In 2013 she won 2nd women's place in the Louiville Ironman in Kentucky and in 2012 1st women's place in the "Parque Metropolitano El Reloj" Triathlon in Chihuahua, in the Multisport Canada Triathlon in Welland and the Lonestar 70.3 in Galveston, Texas the same year.
